Two friends who felt isolated while working from home in the Norfolk countryside have launched a "one-stop shop" co-working and event space.
Mimi Emmett, 32, and Ellie Sadler, 27, have opened The Seed at Creake Abbey, near Burnham Market.
There is room for around 20 people every weekday for hot desking, including three slots with dogs allowed, and it costs £15.

There is the option to book discounted multiple-day or monthly packages and it has free parking and high-speed internet.
The Seed also offers yoga and boxercise fitness classes at an additional cost for those who want to fit a workout into their day.
The Barn Café is located at Creake Abbey for coffee and lunch breaks.

On select evenings and weekends, The Seed hosts creative workshops, ranging from floristry to candle making, and it can be hired as a pop-up shop.
Miss Emmett said: "We both work in creative industries and missed bouncing ideas off people.
"The Seed is all about building a community and creating a one-stop shop for working and events."
