There is the chance to be the owner of what is predicted to be the most energy-efficient home ever built in the region.
The land, together with plans and planning permission, is up for sale for £250,000 in Suton near Wymondham.
Robert Ashton is selling up to move to Suffolk to support his wife's parents.
"It is sad in so many ways," he said. "We had a dream of building this energy-efficient home and living out our days in it but we need to move to look after family.
"We want someone to build as we had envisioned, as we got the planning permission for its exceptional nature.

"The buyer of the land can go on to build the home as planned."
The planned single-storey property covered in earth, called Dial Corner, will operate free of fossil fuels and proposes to harvest its own water and treat its wastewater.
The four-bedroom property has been likened to the Teletubbies house - where the characters lived in a house built into the earth.
The building is expected to be extremely energy efficient with one officer saying he has “never seen such impressive ratings”.
The plans also include a set of solar panels, a pond and a 5,000-litre rainwater tank for filling toilets and washing machines.
