Plans to convert a former bowls club near Norwich into a wellness centre have been approved.
The building in The Common, Swardeston, was built in 1992 - but has been empty since April 2021 due to a "lack of support and interest".
The proposals, submitted by Rachel Sillett, will see the building regenerated "by doing some basic essential maintenance and redecorating for the purpose of a yoga and wellbeing centre".
No extensions would be added to the building, but works will include the refurbishment of the kitchen and toilet facilities, redecoration, additional insulation and the "improvement/updating of the current electricity supply".

The old bowling green and surrounding hedges outside would be managed and maintained by Mrs Sillett's husband and their company A Sillett Tree Surgeon.
The application received one comment from a member of the public, who described it as a "lovely addition to the village".
They said: "Lovely to see a new business setting up in an underused building.
"Fully support this application."
