Caprinos is hoping to open a new takeaway at 40 Market Street in Wymondham, the former home of Paper Wishes card shop.
The growing chain opened its first Norfolk branch in Dereham High Street in November.
Under plans submitted to South Norfolk Council, the new Wymondham restaurant would be open between 11am and 11pm seven days a week.
