A picturesque Norfolk venue is preparing to host its first "wellness weekend".
The Applewood Hall and Countryside Park, in Banham, hosts weddings and glamping - but fitness fans and mindfulness gurus will take over the grounds on the weekend of July 6-7.
Whether people prefer to get their heart rates up with Bouncefit and Zumba, detox in a sauna or unwind with yoga, there will be something for everyone across the event.

Massages, tarot readings, reflexology and reiki will run alongside and in between classes and visitors can elect to join for just one day or both.
Social events including an evening Peace and Pimms get-together will take place on Saturday and healthy food vendors will be pitched up across the hall's beautiful countryside park.
Chloe Edwards, Applewood Hall's events manager, said: "We aspire to deliver a unique experience whether you are seeking to de-stress, connect with like-minded individuals or just wanting a fun event with a difference."
The event is suitable for everyone over the age of 18 regardless of gender or experience.
