A motorcyclist has been seriously injured in a crash near Wymondham.
The collision happened at 3.40pm today (October 10) on Cranes Road in Hethel.
A motorbike and a car were involved in the crash at the crossroads on the B1113 Norwich Road, at the junction with Wymondham Road.
Emergency services, including an air ambulance, was called to the scene.
An East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 3.37pm yesterday (October 10) to a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorcycle on the B1113 in Hethel.
"An ambulance, rapid response vehicle, an operations manager and the East Anglian Air Ambulance were sent to the scene. The motorcyclist, an adult man, was transported to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for treatment.”
A police spokeswoman added: "A motorcyclist has been seriously injured in a crash in Hethel on Cranes Road.
"Traffic is coping well and the road is clear."
